The ring has 1 genuine very good blue sapphire that is a 3 mm x 5 mm with two 3mm x 5 mm peridot. Set in 14k gold and in very good condition. Most likely made in the 1970s as it contains the 14P mark for plumb gold, it had to be 14 karat with no allowances for other metals and solder. The South Western jewelry set features pink Mother of Pearl and 1 turquoise necklace on a oval trace small link chain. The Pink M.O.P. neck chain is a long flat oval large trace link. The large picture gives a much better view of the set. All settings are sterling silver, The ring is signed "MAX" not Mexico, made by a native American in the south western U.S. The ring is a Sz 9 1/2" and top measures 3/4" W x 1 1/4" L, with necklace pendant is 1/2" W  x 3/4" L on 19" sterling silver neck chain. The earrings are pierced and measure 1/2" W x 1" L. Small turquoise S.S necklace is on a 18" neck chain.  All pieces are Sterling silver. The condition of set is very good. Circa. 1985
