Richelieu Jewelry From The Collectors Index Makers of Costume Jewelry since 1911

Richelieu is name for Joseph H. Meyer Bros Co. A company known for working in costume jewelry since early 1900s. They often made jewelry incorporating pearls in to the many items of jewelry they produced. They did create all types of costume jewelry using rhinestone and almost all other material.

Item No: MJ-35 "Richelieu" Moon glow Red Grape colored Beaded Necklace & Screw Type Sterling Silver Earrings
The necklace set is marked Richelieu and Sterling on the screw type earrings, Small silver tone spacer beads separate the 14 mm moon glow (floating sheen), red grape colored beads.
Condition: Very good.
Maker: Richelieu.
Date: Circa: Late 1950s to early 1960s
Material: Plastic, Silver tone metal and Sterling Silver.
Size: Necklace is hook adjustable from 15" to 16 1/2" Long with Screw type earrings, 1/2" Wide x 1 1/8" Long.

Item No: C-1575 Richelieu Faux Pearl Necklace
Richelieu fake pearl necklace from the 1950s, the condition is very good. Marked on silver tone clasp in shield emblem of flower "Richelieu" in their script print. Two strands of faux pearls with the finish in good condition and over all length is 24" with 8 mm round faux pearls and push type clasp.

Item No: C-1028 The pin is from the 1960s and in very good condition with no wear. The Faux pearls are silver white, or color of moon and are in very good condition, the plating is brushed 14kt gold. There are 27 small very good rhinestones set in pin and compliment the pearls. It measures 1/2" wide by 3 1/4" long, and is like new condition. The Price is: $18.00 Item No: C-1028

Item No: C-1321 A Richelieu marked Mother of Pearl Turtle pin with red rhinestone eyes and gold plate metal. It is brushed plate yellow gold and measures 1 1/8" x 1 1/2". Condition is very good and it is marked "Richelieu" on block. The Price: SOLD C-1321
