The costume jewelry brooches listed on this page are vintage 1960s and older. Rhinestone jewelry was the only way for the average buyer to express their feelings and yet was affordable to purchase. These pieces from the past are now back in style as many new manufactures are copying the styles and even make fakes of these vintage jewels that mom and grandma wore and was proud to display and own. As with most other items it was a time when jewelry was made to last. The makers thought they would be discarded and thrown out in place of newer items. Little did they know that those items would become collectible and also purchased again to wear in later times.

Description: The dress clip is from the 1930s, it is signed with a R on the back of the clip. One large un-foiled amythest glass set with a round, pear and navette rhinestone and smaller topaz rhinestone. The large oval and navette sets are prong set. The metal is silvertone metal, all sets are in very good condition as is the metal.

Description: A Trumpet Lily brooch or a Easter Liliy Brooch pin. This is a old one, it has the glass like resin lily flowers, blue rhinestone stamens gold plate with some green metallic enamel left on the leaves. There are a couple of minor spots of wear but considering the age it is in good vintage condition. It has a 3/4 circle pin safety clasp.

Description: The fired hand painted ceramic cabochon is in very good condition, the dress clip is made of silver tone white metal. There is very fine detail work in this cast metal dress clip.

Description: The initial pins have never been engraved, they are a gold plate metal from 1900 to 1920. There is some wear on the back of the pins but the fronts are good. The pins have a open C clasp.

Description: The pin is signed on a very small plaque, Czechoslovakia. Brass and glass was what this was called. It has a large aquamarine glass set with 2 rows of small aquamarine rhinestone. It looks like there are two or three darker ones, they are not bad rhinestone, but there are many of the old hand cut sets that have different sized facets and tables and it could be the angle the light hits it as when I move it they seem ok. The pin has a open C clasp.

Description: Givre cabochons with a white band of frost going through them, light blue un-foiled marquise sets, silver color navette cabochons and small AB blue rhinestone with one large round green rhinestone. The gold tone leaves are in good condition, there is no wear on this pin as the larger picture shows. It has a 3/4 circle safety clasp, all in a very nice brooch pin.
