| 1: We ship all items USPS, USPS is fraud protected by the US mail laws. We no longer will ship jewelry items by other carriers. Among those that are no longer accepted are UPS and FedEx ground or air unless it is on the "Customers Account" and they accept full responsibility for the items during shipping. |
| 2: On most orders over $100.00 US dollars, the Seller will pay shipping handling and insurance with Priority Mail confirmed delivery with in continental U. S. |
| 3: On orders under $100.00 the charges range from $3.25 for 1st Class Mail Confirmed but not insured to $4.50 for 1st Class Mail Insured and Confirmed to $6.50 for USPS Priority Mail Insured and Confirmed in the continental United States. Canada is shipped small packet air or ground and charges maybe slightly higher. All others will have to get a quote on charges from Seller. |

| 1: On all orders from other countries the order is declared at U.S. Customs to the precise value paid for the item or items. We will not declare any value other then the paid amount, Please do not ask. |
| 2: Items will be shipped either registered or insured where applicable and customer must assume responsibility from the point of delivery in that country. We have no control over the handling of items once they have been received by that countries agent. |
| 3: We will pack item or items in such a way that it will require a determined effort to remove or damage the items in shipment. |
| 4: Payment must be secured in U S dollars before the item will be shipped and all shipping methods arranged prior to final payment. These will be the only binding shipping terms. |
| 5: It is best that if you have never purchased from a foreign country that you contact your custom's agent as to duties, import taxes and any other charges applicable to all transaction's pertaining to certain items. |
| 1: At this time we only accept personal checks, money orders or cashiers checks and authorized bank drafts made out on U.S., based banks. Western Union money transfers and MoneyGrams are also accepted. For International Orders these can be obtained through your bank at a small cost. |
| 2: We will promptly ship on first orders only after payment clears. Those customers that have done prior business with us can expect immediate shipping on receiving payment. Please do not send Cash and NO second account checks. |
| 3: Verify the order and amount is correct and E-Mail to seller to confirm order which at that time item will be pulled from inventory for 7 working days or Maximum of 10 days for the buyer. |

| 1: Our commitment to you the customer: is that all items are as described on the site. Colors often are mis-leading with different monitors and we suggest that you ask question pertaining to color. We warrant and guarantee the items to be as described on the site or money back if we are notified by E-Mail within 48 hours or two days of receiving item.You should return item pre-paid and insured after confirmation by Seller. Item must be shipped within 48 hours or three days if holiday or weekend, of verification or item may be refused by seller. Upon receipt of said item we will re fund by check amount less S/H and within three days we will have check in mail. Please read the non acceptance of returned merchandise. |
| 2: Un-warranted returns are charged with a 20% re-stocking fee and all items not returned under the agreement will in cure the re-stocking fee. The return postage and insurance is to be paid by the purchaser. |

We will not Accept goods Returned for following reasons: |
| (1): Dropping of said item!
(2): Some small missing stones that may have been missed or came loose in shipping, We will provide stones to replace them at our expense. We inspect all items for sets and plating damage but we are only human. (3): Testing acids that alter the items in visible area. (4): Twisted or distorted item from handling. (5): We carefully inspect each item but small stones can sometimes be missed and we will replace these at no charge per return policy). (6): Buyers Remorse on any item that is found to be as described on the site. |

We do not spam any E-Mail address but under AOLs present system of blocking other internet provider's e-mail, we can not guarantee your order or reply's to questions will be received. Reply's by e-mail to customers using AOL are sometimes bounced and returned to the sender. |
When placing your Order, make sure you set your spam filters if you have one to accept the email address you mailed the order to. Check to see if our email is blocked by Your Spam Filter! We will try to email the order once to you but it is up to you to have a email box that is not full or uses a spam blocker. AOL and a few other providers have a filter set and you must set our email address to be accepted by your system so you can receive the email Order Form! We can not always send the Order Form the same day but we do send it with in 48 Hours. Do Not Change the subject line in the email if our system puts a Order Item Number in it as that will determine the response time from us on your order. Our Order Form you will receive through the email service contains all information needed to order the items. You will need to verify the order to confirm it has the correct information. | We also do Lay away on orders, you can request a item or items to be put on lay away from 30 to 90 days. There are no extra costs on lay away! One payment of 25% down and balance can be paid in installments or in full with in the 30 to 90 day plans. There are no re funds on the 25% paid down if the buyer defaults after the 93rd day. Make sure you put your request for the Lay Away when you Order the item. The lay away plan will start after we receive the 25% installment payment. You will receive emails informing you of your balance and ending date once every 30 days. When the final payment is made and received, the item will be shipped with in 2 to 3 days of payment clearance. |
