Napier Jewelry From The Collectors Index

Napier Jewelry was first founded in 1875 as Whitney and Rice and then with in 10 years became the E.A. Bliss Co.. Then after World War 1 it became Napier Bliss Co. and in 1922 it became The Napier Co. The mark Napier in block has been used since 1922 till its sale in late 1980s and merchandise was marked Napier in script, the company was purchased by "Victoria & Co". The Napier company was closed by Victoria & Co on 10-15-99. Nothing but excessive stock was last being sold by those dealers that were lucky enought to have it.

Item No: C-2627 Napier Purple Rhinestone Bracelet Set
Description: The bracelet and clip earrings are from the early 1950s. Silver tone metal set with Royal amethyst colored rhinestones, (deep purple). Fold over clasp with both clip earrings and bracelet marked Napier in block.
Material: Silver Rhodium plate metal and Glass.

C-248 Napier Large Topaz Rhinestone Bracelet and Necklace The bracelet and necklace are finished in a 14kt yellow gold plate with threaded design. The huge 9/16" x 3/4" topaz colored rhinestones are of very good quality and are hand set and are cut glass not molded sets. The set is in excellent condition and shows no signs of wear. MJ-743 Napier The necklace is not marked but carries the tag Napier, someone at one time has replaced the clasp and thus we now have a unmarked Napier necklace. I have found the same style and type in some old Napier advertisements but cannot prove this is Napier with just the tag. It is of their quality and design, small wafers of chrysocolla mineral rock with MOP beads. The earrings are pierced and 1 1/2" long. C-1125 Napier Bracelet and Clip Earrings The bracelet and earrings are marked Napier in block, this is early set of Napier in Silver but not marked silver. One top has been soldered on but does not affect value of set. In the Nouveau style with the rose as motif, it is very attractive set and collectable. MJ-301 Napier Marked Napier in block this is a long silver plated rope chain, measuring 60". It shows no wear and has granulated oval links in the extra long chain, can be looped to 2 strands or 4. The Price: Order Item $28.00 MJ-301

MJ-39 Napier The neck chain is heavy flat cross link plated with rhodium and is 32" long. Napier made this chain in the 1960s and it came back into style in the 1970s. The chain is in excellent condition and shows no wear. This is marked in block Napier on the hook link so it is the older chain. The Price: Order Item $30.00 MJ-39

C-809 Napier Gold over Sterling Silver Cultured Pearl Ring The ring is 14 karat gold wash over Sterling and it has 6mm cultured pearl. Marked Napier Sterling with blue napier tag that says Napier Sterling Cultured Pearl. The ring is size adjustable and in very good condition in original box. Item No: C-2246 1940s Napier Hand & Bouquet Pin
Description: Napier hand pin holding a bouquet of flowers, done in gold plate metal that is in very good condition. The pin has fine detail on hand and flowers, also "note the ruby red rhinestone set in the finger ring",. This is a lovely Napier pin with the original tags by Napier and also "Burdine's" tags from the store that sold it. The signature is Napier in small block print on the wrist.

Maker: Napier (In Block).
Condition: Very Good -near mint

MJ-186 Napier The necklace and earrings are marked Napier in block, brushed 14kt gold plate. Topaz colored rhinestones in emerald shape and all are very good, the sets measure 3/8" x 1/2" with drop set of over 1/2" x 3/4". Clip earrings with round rhinestone that is bezel set, all the rest are handset. This necklace set is high fashion costume jewelry at its best. MJ-657 Napier Griffon "Gryphon" Bracelet The bracelet is marked Napier in block and is silver plate, and has the crown and shield with Griffons "Gryphons" winged dragon creature for motif. It is 2" wide and 1/2" high and 7" long with push type clasp. There is no wear on front and very little on the back of bracelet. A very attractive bracelet for office wear or that special night out occasion. The Price: SOLD

C-812 Napier Acorn Necklace, Bracelet and Clip Earrings The parue has all three pieces marked Napier in block. Rhodium plated with heavy oval links and large acorns for the motif. Necklace, Clip Earrings and Bracelet. The necklace measures 17 1/2" with snap over clasp as does the bracelet that is 7 1/4" long. The drops on necklace and bracelet measure 1 1/8" x 1 1/2", on the earrings 7/8" x 1 1/4". The Price: SOLD C-812

MJ-669 Napier A Napier ruby red cut crystal beaded necklace and clip earring set of very good quality, the necklace and earrings are both marked Napier in block.
