Item No: D-260 1940s Miriam Haskell Faux Pearl Choker Necklace
The "Rare" Miriam Haskell necklace is from the late 1940s, signed on hook link only, faux baroque pearls with brass findings and strung on wire. This necklace was purchased in 1948 by the previous owner for her wedding reception. There are a couple of the baroque pearls that have minor loss to the finish on the extention part of necklace and there are a few flea bites that are not really seen unless you look very close.

The necklace measures almost 3/4" Wide x 15 1/2" inside diameter and adjustable to 13 1/2" neck.

The pin and clip earrings are signed Miriam Haskell in oval plaque. Silver-tone metal in open work with faux Panama deep steel gray baroque pearls. The pearls in the pin are lovely with no flaws or wear, there are a couple of very tiny spots on the large faux pearls in the clip earrings. They do not detract from the set as they are very small. The pin measures 1 3/4" in diameter with clip earrings 7/8" in diameter.
