The earrings are sterling silver with inlaid abalone, older pair
marked 925 Sterling and Mexico on the back. They have the older style screw
type clasp and measure over 5/8" W x 1 7/8" T.

Castillo Earrings The earrings are marked Los Castillo Taxco, they are a early set of Los Castillo's Aztec idol design from his "Pre Colombian research on archeological artifacts artistry". They are in silver inlay on I believe brown ceramic, the silver and ceramic front are anchored to the silver back. These are screw type earrings and are from his early period of work. There is no silver mark but I guarantee them to be at least 925 sterling. The earrings measure 7/8" wide at top x almost 1 1/2" tall. Condition is very good. The Price: $75.00 Order Item |
